By accessing Dream AI, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and SignLab Studio Corp.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Dream AI. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3. Service Description
Dream AI is available at dreamai.pw, operated by SignLab Studio Corp. All characters and conversations are fictional and for entertainment purposes only.
4. Billing Status
Dream AI is currently in a free-access, pre-billing stage. No card payments or recurring charges are currently accepted on the site.
If paid plans are introduced, we will clearly disclose pricing, billing frequency, renewal timing, cancellation steps, and any material usage limits before a charge is collected.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use Dream AI to create, request, or distribute illegal, harmful, harassing, or sexually explicit content. Content involving minors is strictly prohibited. See our Community Guidelines for details.
6. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
7. AI-Generated Content
Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate. Dream AI does not provide professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. See our AI Disclaimer.
8. Intellectual Property
The Dream AI platform, branding, and official character catalog are owned by SignLab Studio Corp. User-created characters remain available for personal use within the platform subject to these Terms.
9. Privacy
Your use of Dream AI is governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines, with or without notice.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Dream AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SignLab Studio Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Wyoming.
